Protection is built into Farsight's architecture, from the infrastructure to the AI models that run on it. Here's exactly how.
PROTECTION 01
Your firm's data is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or higher and at rest using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256). File integrity is verified every time a file is ingested or exported.
Every file you upload, and every file Farsight returns to you, is scanned for malware.
Our product analytics record only counts, timings and IDs, never what you type or the names of your files.
PROTECTION 02
Farsight offers secure cloud hosting with data isolated between firms. Enterprise clients can also request a single-tenant virtual private cloud (VPC), or deployment in their own cloud.
Farsight's AI model providers operate under zero data retention agreements, so they keep none of your data.
Enterprise clients can stream their Farsight activity logs into their own security monitoring tools (SIEM) over a secure API.
PROTECTION 03
Your firm's data is managed according to the retention and deletion terms agreed with your firm.
PROTECTION 04
Access is provided through your firm's single sign-on (SSO) provider, using SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect (OIDC).
PROTECTION 05
Farsight has completed a SOC 2 Type II examination by an independent auditor. Firms can request the SOC 2 Type II report and our security overview for their security and compliance review.
Our disaster recovery plan is tested every year.
