Farsight Integrates with North Data

New York, NY — August 25, 2026 — Farsight announced an integration with North Data, a platform that aggregates mandatory company filings and official register records across Europe. Businesses file these records, including annual accounts, insolvency records, and ownership and control data, across dozens of national registers, gazettes, and formats. North Data consolidates them into a single structured source, drawing on 148 data feeds across 32 country and regional catalogs. Farsight now provides direct access to this data within its existing workflows, alongside sources such as S&P Capital IQ, SEC filings, and PitchBook.

The integration allows Farsight to resolve a company name to its correct registered legal entity, distinguishing a parent, subsidiary, or similarly branded company before retrieving any data. Farsight then surfaces that entity's register details, corporate events, and reported financial history, each tied back to the underlying filing. Customers can query this data using natural language in WebApp to conduct research, apply judgment, and build deliverables.

The integration serves investment banking, private equity, and corporate development professionals for tasks like comparable company analysis, cross-border diligence, and investment committee preparation on EMEA-based targets. That work now happens in a single workflow rather than separate lookups across each national register.

"What makes our North Data integration unique is how seamlessly its data becomes part of the deal workflow," said Samir Dutta, Co-Founder and CEO of Farsight. "Farsight works directly within the applications our customers already use to conduct research and create deliverables, applying learned judgment throughout the process. With North Data integrated into Farsight, private company intelligence becomes a native input across the entire workflow, from initial research and analysis through to the deliverables our customers ultimately produce."
